Throughout the history of the Church, the Victory Leaders have kept the printed gospel before the public. We cannot afford for our presses to be silent no matter the cost. The Church has the greatest thing in the world to advertise - it has the truth, the Word of God rightly divided; it has the way of eternal life. There is no place so remote but that it can be reached by outreach literature today.

Printing the Gospel

As part of the purpose of the Victory Leaders Band, we are given the responsibility to raise funds for keeping the printing presses of the Church moving. Through our fundraising efforts the gospel is printed and shipped all over the world. What a privilege that every young person has an opportunity to help in the last days work of The Church of God.

Each local VLB and Gleaner Band is encouraged to raise a special offering throughout the year for Outreach Literature. This offering is to be in addition to the regular offerings received in the services. This is a very vital part of our work and the world can not afford for us to fail. The needs for funds are great but the power of Christ through us is even greater. We must let God work through us in this endeavor that souls may be won and the message of the full gospel can go to every nation. The Victory Leaders Band can do "all things through Christ" to help in accomplishing the last days mission of The Church of God.

Tract-A-Day Program

The young people can be of service to God and His Church by helping to complete the work of the ministry. Since the work of the Victory Leaders Band is to assist in the furtherance of the gospel, every Victory Leader should participate in passing out an average of at least one tract daily. This would be 365 tracts per year. The young people can be active distributors of the Word! God depends upon the young people to help get the work done. This is a special work. Catch the zeal of spreading the gospel and assist the Church in taking the message to the world! Young people, you can be soul winners for Jesus!
