MeadowView Conference Resort & Convention Center offers a variety of lodging accommodations on-site with options for one king or two double beds. A rollaway bed or premium air mattress is available upon request for rooms with a king bed.

Situated in the northeast corner of Tennessee, MeadowView Conference Resort & Convention Center (1901 Meadowview Parkway, Kingsport, TN 37660) is located in Kingsport, Tennessee on Interstate 26 at Exit 3.
- From I-26, take Exit 3 (MeadowView Parkway).
- Turn right (if traveling west) or left (if traveling east) onto Meadowview Parkway.
- MeadowView Conference Resort & Convention Center is on the right in 0.2 miles.
Tri-Cities Airport is serviced by several carriers including Allegiant, American Airlines, and Delta. A shuttle service to MeadowView Conference Resort & Retreat Center is available upon request for a fee.
