A Book of Remembrance – Digital
The recording of true and reliable history is probably the best way to preserve the fact sof past events. It is the only way that many who were yet unborn and many who lived through the time in which the events transpired but who were not aware that they were taking place will know them.
This is one of the reasons for the writing of this book. The greatest reason, however, is that it shows undeniably the hand of God working in His Church during a time of spiritual decline as the spirits of apostasy and rejection against God were working in His Church during a time of spiritual decline as the spirits of apostasy and rejection against God were working to destroy God’s heritage, and the consequent reorganization of The Church of Godw iwht a remnant whom God separated from the apostatized Church to continue in the original revelation and vision.
The story is somewhat brief as far as the time element is concerned, but that in no way detracts from the relevance and importance of the events themselves. It was a happy time in the fact that God’s will was done so far as the direction of the Church was concerned, but it was also a time of anguish of soul, mind, and body for those who chose to take an uncompromising stand for truth, righteousness and holiness, regardless of th econsequences. There was also the anguish of separation of loved ones and friends on ideological grounds. This part of the story is told more graphically in the text of the book.
