Support Continues for Ukraine

Press Release

Delivering supplies over a bombed bridge.

The following letter was received from our contacts in Romania regarding our support of the refugees from Ukraine.

We warmly welcome you in the precious name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. With this letter, we would like to express our gratitude and appreciation for the donation made for the work with refugees from Ukraine.

Since February 26th, after the outbreak of war in Ukraine, we have been contacted by pastors in Ukraine who have turned to us brothers for hospitality. Anticipating the need, we organized together with several churches in Satu-Mare County, in order to host them. Later, we set up a tent at Halmeu Customs, which is operational twenty-four hours a day, seeing the flow of refugees passing through customs. Most of them are women, mothers, and children, and they often go through customs without cars. We currently have a daily influx of dozens of refugees that we host and arrange for them to leave for countries where they have some acquittances or relatives. At the same time, we make at least two weekly shipments of goods (food, medicine, and other needs) to communities in Ukraine, which distribute them further in the war-torn areas.

May the blessing of the Lord be abundantly poured out upon you, so that you may remain a blessing to others.
