Planning Survey

The first in-person HYPE rally is quickly approaching. The global pandemic has presented unique challenges for any type of social gathering. To help us prepare, the VLB department would like to receive your valuable feedback through this survey. Unfortunately, it appears COVID-19 will continue into 2021. With that said, there may be certain protocols established which are necessary to protect the health of all who attend. In addition, the facilities hosting our events may have policies and operating procedures in place in which must be adhered to. For example: The facilty hosting our first HYPE rally in Cleveland, Tennessee, currently requires masks to be worn and for guests to socially distant themselves. The event is several months away and these policies may change depending on the severity of the pandemic at the time of the event. We must also take into consideration mandates by local and state governments where our event is being held.
