God’s Presence Fills Camp Mokule’ia in a Weekend of Power and Purpose

The Aloha Family Camp, held February 6-8, 2026, at Camp Mokule’ia, located on the North Shore of O’ahu, Hawaii, was a powerful, Spirit-filled gathering marked by worship, sound doctrine, divine healing, and a clear call to enlist in God’s victorious army. With 34 in attendance, and the special guest of the Father, Son, and Holy Ghost, the camp was a tremendous blessing and a testimony of God’s faithful leading.
God graciously led us to a beautiful, affordable campground on the secluded Mokule’ia Beach. The peaceful setting provided the perfect backdrop for worship, fellowship, and the presence of God. Spanish-speaking and native residents joined us with great enthusiasm, rejoicing to be a part of what God was doing throughout the weekend.
The camp opened with two sermons: “Yes, Sir: Faithful Obedience to Our Commander!” and “War Room Nights.” These messages stirred hearts towards complete surrender and faithful obedience to our Commander-in-Chief, Jesus Christ, and beckoned us to enter the War Room in prayer until victory comes and the battle is won!
Saturday began with a morning devotion centered on building upon the Rock rather than the sand, challenging attendees to establish their lives firmly on the unshakable foundation of God’s Word. In keeping with the camp theme, “soldiers” received essential spiritual training through the following classes:
- “The Chain of Command—The Godhead”
- “No longer MIA—Forgiven & Redeemed”
- “Holiness in the Ranks—Why Sanctification Matters”
- “Empowered for the Mission—The 212 Degree Power of the Holy Ghost”
These sessions provided doctrinal teaching encouraging the “soldiers” to follow God’s commands for victorious living.
During the Saturday afternoon session, as the staff sang “He Abides,” the power of God fell mightily. It was a true Pentecostal outpouring! Many were weeping and calling out to God for more of HIS power, as hearts were deeply stirred by this moving of the Holy Ghost! The reality of God’s presence was undeniable. Some began to march as if responding to a heavenly command, others stepped into the aisle to worship God, and some stood in awe, knowing they were experiencing something they had never felt before. Yet each responded the best they knew how, all desiring more of God. One of the Hawaiian ladies testified that she had been praying for revival to come to the island, and with tears streaming down her face, she said, “Revival has come!” She shared that she had not witnessed anything like this since she was a little girl. As she spoke, the Spirit of God moved us all to tears, too! It was an unforgettable moment, reminding us all that the call we are feeling for Hawaii is real, confirming that God is preparing the hearts of the people and making ready a harvest for His glory!
The Friday evening and Saturday afternoon fun-time sessions were great times of fellowship as well. Our campers loved the fun-time events, including “balloon tag.”
Saturday evening’s message was on divine healing, followed by a healing line. The Lord confirmed His Word as several received His divine healing touch. One particularly powerful testimony came from a woman who had an injured shoulder and was unable to lift her arm above her head. After going through the healing line, she testified the next day about God’s healing power while lifting her arm high above her head as the congregation rejoiced for God’s healing power!
The final message of camp was titled: “Forward March! God’s Church in Action!” This sermon focused on the Bride of Christ, God’s Victorious Army, and how she is but ONE, “she is the only one… she is the choice one of her that bare her” (Song of Sol. 6:9).
The camp concluded with a devotion encouraging attendees to trust God as He leads them into deeper waters, reminding them not to fear wading into the deep but to follow God’s leading with faith.
Even before the camp concluded, attendees were asking when we could return. Plans are underway to continue meeting with these hungry souls in Hawai’i. We ask for prayer that God will open doors for His Church to be firmly established in the beautiful Aloha State.
To God be all the glory for what He has done and for what He is yet to do!
A special thank you to those who served as staff: Tim Griffin, Victoria Griffin, Brother and Sister Campbell, Brother and Sister Prince, Brother and Sister Solis, Sisters Jada Nowling and Mage Hernandez, and Brother Joseph Reszel.
