Overview

The Times of Refreshing video series captures a special season of online revival held during the COVID-19 pandemic—a time when the Church came together digitally for renewal, encouragement, and worship. Broadcast from August 24–29, 2020, this weeklong event provided a source of strength and connection during a time of global uncertainty.

Each video reflects the unique structure of the revival, featuring afternoon broadcasts that revisited powerful, encouraging messages from past General Assemblies, along with evening services streamed live from the General Headquarters studio. These nightly gatherings offered Spirit-filled worship, timely instruction, and a sense of fellowship that reached beyond physical distance.

More than just a series of services, The Times of Refreshing served as a reminder that God’s presence is not limited by circumstance. It stands as a testimony of how the Church adapted, remained united, and continued to experience revival—even in challenging times.
