Greetings to every friend and member of The Church of God!
We’ve got some exciting news about this year’s VLB March during the General Assembly! As always, the VLB March is one of the most beloved traditions we have—and this year, we’re changing things up a bit!
For the first time, we will be highlighting and celebrating the youth from each of our individual regions.
Here’s what we need from you:
- Make signs to represent your local church and the youth in your region. I know some regions have amazing signs, but this year we want EVERYONE to participate and bring the best sign you can make!
Now, as we’ll be marching in a rented facility, we do ask that there be no glitter, sequins, or confetti throughout the march. We want to keep things safe and clean for everyone, but that won’t stop us from making this a march to remember!
And here’s another major reminder. This year, we will have our first-ever youth choir during the VLB program! If you’re a part of the choir, don’t worry—you’ll still be able to march with your region before the choir performs. It’s going to be an unforgettable experience for us all!
So, mark your calendars for Friday night at the General Assembly. Bring your signs, bring your excitement, and let’s make this year’s VLB March one for the history books!
